Message from Cal Open

PEAR is a partner of Cal Open, a legislative movement in California to restore access of the Original Birth Certificate (OBC) to adult adoptees. We would like to encourage our members and all those in support of Open Records who may be in the Sacramento area to attend a rally in support of Cal Open and AB 372 just prior to the Assembly Judiciary Committee Hearing on the morning of April 28.
